The structure stays the same, but the contents move with us through the year. Fruit ripens, herbs are harvested, new soap batches are made & different things find their way into the pantry.
At the centre of the Estate Box is our olive oil. It comes from the trees growing here around Bio@Us in the hills of Falerone & turns this from a collection of handmade products into something that genuinely represents our land.

Everything is selected, grown, made or packed here at Bio@Us. No generic hamper filler & no fixed factory assortment. An Estate Box opened in summer will not necessarily look like one opened at Christmas.
