Bio@Us is a small countryside retreat in the hills of Falerone. There are four luxury rooms in the villa, five furnished safari tents among the olive trees, four tent pitches & one camper place.
The farm is part of everyday life here. So are the animals, the olive trees, the products we make, the wildlife around us & the people who come to stay. Bio@Us is deliberately small, personal & surrounded by nature.

Our seasonal pool measures approximately four by five metres & looks out across the surrounding countryside. It is a simple place to cool down, relax & enjoy the view on warm days.

Life on the farm
The farm is part of Bio@Us.
Bio@Us is first & foremost an agricultural business. Our land is home to around seven hundred olive trees, as well as fruit trees, nut trees, herbs, flowers & woodland. Our own animals live here too, alongside plenty of wildlife.
We use what grows here wherever possible in the products we make, including soap, tea, herbs, preserves & other small batch products. What we can make changes naturally with the seasons.

Wildlife around us
The countryside is full of life.
Deer, foxes, porcupines, wild boar, birds of prey & many smaller animals live in the countryside around Bio@Us. Wolves are also present in the wider region, although they are naturally elusive & encounters are unusual.
We respect the space of the wildlife around us & ask guests to do the same. The best way to experience it is quietly & from a respectful distance.

Bio@Us welcomes adults & families travelling with teenagers aged fourteen & over. Guests under eighteen must stay with a parent or legal guardian. Guest pets are not permitted.
Couples, friends & families come in many forms. LGBTQ+ guests are explicitly welcome. Everyone is welcome to simply be themselves here.
