Driving: Set your GPS to Contrada Piagge 7, 63837 Falerone FM, Italy. Drive via Contrada S Paolino on a normal rural road. No steep climbs. Easy access.

Closest Airports: Ancona (AOI) and Perugia (PEG), both about 90 minutes away by car.

Connectivity: We use Starlink. It is fast, stable, and ideal for digital nomads who want deep focus with a view.
