The moment before
the doors open.

Bio@Us is no longer a plan on paper. It is here, in Falerone, growing quieter, greener and more complete by the day.

Today at Bio@Us

There is a particular kind of happiness in a place that is almost ready.

Not finished, because places like this are never truly finished, but ready enough to reveal what they were meant to become. The rooms have begun to feel like rooms. The land has found its rhythm again. The long list of work still exists, but it no longer stands between us and the future.

We now live inside the story we once spoke about from a distance. Every morning begins with the hills of Falerone, every evening ends with the same trees, and somewhere between the two, Bio@Us moves another step forward.

Chapter One

A place becoming itself.

Falerone Guest rooms Farm life Opening soon

For months, every room was a question. Walls, floors, doors, water, light. Now the questions have changed. Where should the chair stand. Which linen belongs here. What should a guest see first when the shutters open.

That difference matters. It means the heavy work has begun to give way to atmosphere. The practical is slowly becoming personal. A building is learning how to welcome.

Outside, the same transformation is taking place. The olive trees are no longer background. They are the heart of the property, carrying shade, movement and the quiet that defines Bio@Us.

Chapter Two · What guests will find

Comfort without noise.

We are not building a place that competes for attention. We are building one that gives attention back.

  • 01 Four guest rooms created for privacy, calm and real comfort.
  • 02 Five luxury safari tents planned among the olive trees.
  • 03 Handmade soaps, teas, herbs and preserves produced here on the farm.
  • 04 Slow mornings, long views and enough silence to hear the leaves move.
  • 05 A personal welcome without the pressure of constant entertainment.

Until then, we keep working, planting, painting, arranging and looking around in quiet disbelief. The place is real. The doors are nearly ready. The coffee already is.
