Stay in the countryside of Le Marche, Italy

Bio@Us is a small countryside retreat & working farm in the hills of Falerone in Le Marche. Guests can stay in one of four rooms in the villa, one of five furnished safari tents among the olive trees, bring their own tent to one of four pitches or use our single camper place.

Rooms at Bio@Us

The villa has four individual guest rooms with private luxury bathrooms. Room stays include a breakfast buffet, Nespresso & unlimited Starlink internet.

Safari tents among the olive trees

Bio@Us has five private furnished safari tents. Each has two bedrooms, four beds, a living room, coffee kitchenette & panoramic terrace, creating a comfortable way to stay close to the landscape.

Small scale camping in Falerone

Guests travelling with their own accommodation can choose from four natural tent pitches. Bio@Us also has one camper place rather than a row of camper pitches.

Stay on a working farm in Italy

Around the villa stand approximately seven hundred olive trees. The land also includes fruit trees, herbs, flowers & woodland. Bio@Us is both our home & a working farm, with animals, handmade products & wildlife forming part of everyday life here.

Homesteading & rural life in Italy

For visitors interested in homesteading, farm life & a closer relationship with the land, Bio@Us offers a chance to stay inside a real rural project rather than beside one. Farming, animals, olive trees, growing, making products & restoring the property are part of our daily life in Le Marche.

Solarpunk, solar energy & practical sustainability

Bio@Us combines rural life with modern technology & a more sustainable direction. Solar energy, lower waste, refill systems, natural cleaning & unlimited Starlink connectivity are part of how we are developing the property. Ideas such as solarpunk, solar powered homesteading & off grid solar homesteading are relevant where they genuinely overlap with the way Bio@Us is evolving.

Nature & wildlife around Bio@Us

Deer, foxes, porcupines, wild boar, birds of prey & smaller wildlife live in the surrounding countryside. Wolves are present in the wider region but are elusive & encounters are unusual.

A quiet stay for adults & families with teenagers

Bio@Us welcomes adults & families with teenagers aged fourteen and over. Guests under eighteen stay with a parent or legal guardian. Guest pets are not permitted. LGBTQ+ guests are explicitly welcome.
